Belisha Beacons

The Gallery

Designed for the most arduous conditions the gallery is manufactured from stainless steel including all fixings, so no dissimilar metal problems – no corrosion of screw threads, ideal for when maintenance is required. Black polyester powder coat finish. Fitted with either an ES27 or Bayonet Cup fitting for a standard filament lamp or our LED flasher unit. Also available with a Lumisphere flasher unit

The Globe

Rotationally moulded using UV stabilised Borealis polyethylene giving high impact strength and a brighter globe and comes with 3no stainless Hex-pin Tamper Proof screws for fixing and neoprene weather seal to IP54. Available in a choice of colours – Amber and High Glow Amber for Zebra crossings or Pearl and High Glow Pearl for refuge beacons.

IPB

Combining the same aluminium extrusion as our light bollards below and our belisha gallery above, we have developed the IPB – Illuminated Pedestrian Beacon. The column design having 8 sides offers great versatility for the insertion of 6mm Polycarbonate light diffusers down opposing sides. Termination of the incoming supply cable and Low Energy Lamps are installed in an inner column, thus, creating an extremely vandal resistant product – virtually impossible to damage the illumination lamps by way of shaking the external column.

Courtesy Shields

To compliment the Gallery & Globe and IPB above we manufacture courtesy shield tubes and panels in either galvanised steel or stainless steel with a black polyester powder coat finish.

Light Bollards

Octagonal in shape and manufactured from 3mm Marine grade aluminium extrusion provides exceptional strength with a slim line look. Boasting great vandal resistant qualities with stainless steel anti-tamper fixings and 6mm polycarbonate diffusers. The exterior of the bollard is finished in either a polyester powder coat or clear anodised. An ES27 lamp holder is fitted to the galvanised steel chassis which incorporates a double gland plate for SWA cable. Available in heights 0.5m, 0.7m or 1.0m

Photo Electric Cell or Electronic Timer control
Cartridge Fuse unit

To compliment the light bollard we also produce a matching Wall Light and Non-Illuminated bollard.

Bespoke Signage

Designed to your requirements using such materials as stainless steel, galvanised mild steel and polycarbonate with screen printing.We have manufactured several illuminated signs from either existing broken down units to new design from artist impression sketches. Picture shows illuminated FIRE sign installed outside unmanned fires stations around Oxfordshire.
